Problem with title page output
Whenever I am converting an ePub to mobi, the title page always fails to convert properly. In the ePub it is properly centered but when converted it moves to the left-hand edge of the page. Everything else converts normally.
What is the secret to keep the title page centered? This is driving me nuts!
