Hi, all:
I'm new to any kind of a forum but I hope someone can help me. I was on the phone for 3 hours yesterday with Sony's tech people and they could not solve my problem. I bought a Sony PRS600 in Jan., was able to download some titles then and again in Feb. I wanted to download more last week, but when I opened my reader library it looked "weird". I don't have any menu items along the left side so therefor no access to the store. All I have on my screen is a column for the size, type, date, and something called remaining. (If I did it right there should be a screen shot attachment of what this looks like) I can't find any way to resize the columns in order to "pull" any columns from the left. I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling to no avail. It keeps looking the same way. I hope someone can help me because otherwise my purchase was a waste of money because I cannot download any new books! HELP! (and thank you!)

Now I'm really confused! I tried to go back into my reader library and now it won't even open! What's going on!???

Welcome to MR Petey - I suggest you post your question in the Sony forum - folk there can probably trouble-shoot your issue for you!
