Kindle to eReader

I have a Sony 600. I'd like to download from their site to my PC but am wondering if I can then convert the book in Calibre and read it on my Reader.

I take it that you mean download from the Sony ebook store...?

If that's what you mean, you don't need to covert anything.

You have to use the Sony Library program to get into the Sony bookstore to download books, and you can use that same program to move books onto your Reader.

Or do you want to convert the ebook in some other fashion?

From the the title of the thread ("Kindle to eReader") I assume what is meant is whether ebooks downloaded from Amazon to be read on computer via Amazon's Kindle for PC software can be converted to a ebooks readable on Sony Readers. The answer to that is no, unless you first strip the DRM from the ebooks.
