new PRS 600 USER

Greeting to you all from the Netherlands

I am, at least trying, yo use the new PRS 600 from Sony, it is up till now a pain in the ass.
My wife is using one with no problems at all but mine is connected with the devil whatever I do I cannot get books into my reader. I am using adobe digital editions my wife sony digital which might be the problem since we are using one computer. E-reader as well as books are bought via Bol.com in the Netherlands and Bol.com as well as Adobe digital editions are giving me the finger they do not come up with answers.
Maybe someone of you guys can come up with a solution.

Greeting from a cold and miserable Netherlands.

Hi & welcome to MR. Hope you get the problems sorted. Have you tried contacting Sony? I actually had a very good customer support experience. And although they didn't solve the problem for me, they send me on the right track.
