	I Just got my Kindle 2 a few days ago.. yay. So all this is new to me. I want to be able to login to my Kindle via ftp. I read this post: http://igorsk.blogspot.com/2007/12/h...shell-and.html However I don't know how to apply the update, and two It probably needs to be updated for K2. Anyone, some help?  |

	After posting I found this: update_usbnetwork-k2.bin Apparently its better, and for the kindle 2 but I'm having a problem, I'll be very detailed. I unrar the archive. I connect my Kindle (It is Drive E. I copy update_usbnetwork-k2.bin to the root of the kindle. I disconnect the kindle by going to Windows Xp' tray, and left click disconnect drive E Then I goto Settings Menu and Update Kindle is Greyed out.... So I reboot and it fails with error 3. I have a kindle 2.3 Please help me, this is frustrating.  |
