Welcome!

You should see a "User CP" item on the upper toolbar. This is the User Control Panel. Look for "Your Control Panel" on the left side. The item you seek is called "Edit Signature".

User CP found, "Your Control Panel" found. But couldn't find any "Edit Signature" item. Am I blind?! :-)
