best ebook reader for ipod?
my son got an ipod touch for christmas, and he's asking me if the folks here have a preferred ebook software for it. since i have no ipod, i haven't a clue, so i'm hoping that some people here will have suggestions.

Stanza works quite well for me, it has nice results and you can order the books with quite different orders.

Since the app's for reading the books are free I would suggest trying out Stanza, as well as the others. I use the kindle app for when I have occasionally bought kindle books because I could not get them any other way in ebook format.
Like many things related to ebooks I would say it in big part personal preference. Amy |

eReader is OK, too. The B&N version apparently has some quirks, but works more or less the same as the original eReader.com software.
The Kindle app for iPhone is ho hum. Nothing to write home about - but it doesn't get in the way, either. The one that I've decided I really don't like is the Kobo reader - it's better now than when it was Shortcovers, but I seemed to always be putting it into navigate mode when I try to turn the page. |
