I would have thought that Cool-er would have known better then to give out PDF. Should have been ePub.

Note that this is (both the audiobook and the eBook) an abridged book. The original is, of course, under a perpetual copyright in the UK (by a special act of Parliament), and hence can't be freely downloaded. For people in countries other than the UK, there's a version of it in our "Book Uploads" forum.
