Mobi Files Are Not Displayed In EZReader V3

Hi all,

I have an interesting problem; no matter which settings I use, the mobi file I create by Calibre from a .txt file cannot be opened and displayed by neither the internal Ebook Viewer, nor my EZReader V3. But, I can display the same .mobi file with the Mobipocket Reader. The internal Ebook Viewer freezes and V3 does not even open the file after some seconds to think.

I have searched the forums but I could not find a solution to this. I am attaching both the text file and the converted mobi file.

I would be happy if someone could help.

Reconvert using the --single-line-paras option and see if it will open.

No luck. I tried using "treat each line as a paragraph" and it took about 26 minutes! before I stopped the process at 67%.

The previous one would take about 2 minutes, although it would not work

By the way, I have come accross http://bugs.calibre-ebook.com/ticket/3084 and http://bugs.calibre-ebook.com/ticket/3970

I think this a bad bug to get rid of.

edit: This is how I went around it: First I have opened the .txt file in MS Word and then saved it as html file. Then I have converted this html file to mobi in Calibre; this works on my device without a problem. But of course this is a work around. I think I'll be using this solution until further notice.
