Just got my first reader (PRS-600)
After lurking for several months and trying to make up my mind over a PRS-600 or a Nook I took the plunge today and picked up a PRS-600, black, from my local Target ($279).
Any tips, tricks, and advice for a new owner? Started playing with the eBook Library software and browsed the offerings in my local library (unfortunately they seem to mostly have audiobooks, which I'm not interested in). I decided to order the cover+light from the Sony Style store (on sale for $43). Thanks! |

Make sure you download Calibre for better management of your ebooks than the sony ebook software

Hmm. Thanks! eBook seems to be working ok except it won't transfer anything to my SD card. It displays the card and the default content types, but when I select it I get an error that the destination can no longer be accessed.

Tried a different card, seems to be working fine now.
