Engadget has a scan of the judge's order denying the injunction. SD's request to block the sale of the nook until the case goes to court has been denied. It remains, now, to be seen how much of a factor that was in B&N's late shipment. If that was the only holdup, units should start shipping immediately. If it's supply line, internal SNAFUs, or some other undisclosed problem, they'll stick to the announced delay date.
