Stanza showing only one book

I just installed Calibre on my desktop (Mac Pro, OS 10.6), and added 9 books to it. Stanza on my iPod Touch can see the Calibre server under Shared Books, but it shows only one book. Help?

What format are these eBooks in? Calibre will only show .epub books to stanza so if they are in a different format you need to convert them to epub format.

Thanks. It never occurred to me that Calibre might not do that automatically.
