Hi All,

Bought a Sony PRS-505 earlier this week,on a bit of an impulse if truth be told and kinda got ripped off

( I paid Argos price £225, then a day later say it in Currys at £180

), ah well such is life.

So far I'm enjoying using it, not bought any books yet but am enjoying reading the samples on it.

Welcome Gaelicstorm - I too have a 505 and think it's great.

Plenty of beautifully formatted e-Pub and .lrf books here (E-Books tab above) if you're fed up of samples and, best of all, they are all free!

Wotcha, GaelicStorm. That's a great reader -- even at the higher price. A wee tip to get the best out of it: charge from the mains, not via USB to a PC or laptop, and treat yourself at Christmas to a swish leather cover; it makes the ereading experience even better. Good luck. Neil

Neil, I bought the Sony leather case and light today as you say feels much nicer and I'm sure the light wil come in useful too !, I have a Sony PSP am I correct in thinking the mains charger for this will work with my reader ?

I have a 505 also and love it. I'm sure you'll forget about the price soon and just enjoy the experience.
