I'm wondering if anyone can tell me when they put newly released ebooks on the Sony website.

There are several books I want coming out tomorrow, and They will be available at BooksonBoard at midnight central time on Tuesday, which for me, would be 10pm tonight. I'm just wondering what sort of timeframe Sony has, because I really would like to compare prices between the two websites.

There is no hard-and-fast known point at which new books get posted to the Sony web-site. Not all books get posted there to begin with, so the books you want may never show up there.

Best thing would be to go to the Sony website after midnight and see if the books you want are there. And if they're not, wait until the morning and check again.

Or not, you could simply buy them from booksonboard and have done with it. It's not as if the price difference will be a zillion dollars or anything.

yeah at this point any money I can save, even only $2 is good. I'd prefer to know if I can get a $25 book from BoB for $9.99 on the sony website (which HAS happened before). I ordered the book I really wanted from BoB, and got another one that sony "said" was being released today from the kindle store and will read it on my ipod touch. And the third, I'm thinking once it hits the bestseller list (which I'm quite sure it will), it will go down to $9.99, so I'll wait on that one.
