Goremenghast, Mervyn Peake - availability?

anyone know if Gormenghast (either as one combined volumeor the three seperate books) is available (legally) in an electronic format?

I have a PRS500 so a suitable format would be a bonus

ah well, I have them in paper copy, and the BBC TV miniseries from a few years ago, would just be handy to have the ebooks too.

Hopefully they'll become available eventually
