Moving books to new reader

I currently have a PRS-505 and will be buying a PRS-600 soon. Please can anyone tell me if my existing Adobe DE DRM'd books will just load onto the new reader or do I have to do anything to enable this transfer?

Thanks.

You'll have to activate your new Reader with your Adobe ID. Then it should work fine.

Do you really need to do that if they are De-DRM'ed as OP said?

Sorry for any confusion but the books are DRM'd the "DE" was Adobe "Digital Editions".

I take that to mean Adobe Digital Editions DRM'd books.

If the books are de-DRM'd then no he wouldn't need to activate it.

Ah, ok, my bad. I assumed he meant de-drmed books If they are ADE DRM'd books, then of course, you are so right
