I need help!!!

I am a writer and educator but know almost nothing about creating e books.
I want to know if and how I can use CoffeeCup visual site designer web page design software to create an e book . It is one of the best web page design softwares for "idiots" like myself who may be geniuses in other areas but just don't want to learn HTML. I like using this software for web page design because you can create some great graphic and animation and flash effects VERY easily with this and some of CoffeeCup's other web page design software.. I want to have this creative control over the finished look of my e book.

Can anyone help me with the "can this be done" and "how" for creating my e book?
I would really appreciate it...

I'm afraid I can't help you with your software question as I've never created an ebook. However, we do have a Workshop forum here at MR that includes discussions on using various tools to create an ebook. Perhaps you will find some helpful information there. You might also want to repost your question there to see if you get more responses. Good luck and welcome again.
