Tor.com on the 40th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Landing

Today Tor.com is running a series of reminiscences by SF/F writers, artists, and other professionals on the first Moon landing. They already got pieces by David Brin, Robert Silverberg, Joe Haldeman, Charlie Stross, Rob Sawyer, CJ Cherryh, Geoff Landis, and a bunch of other writers. (Including, um, me.) It's worth a look, and periodic returns to see who they've added.

They've also got an hourly giveaway, in case anyone here likes free stuff.

I finally got on an hour ago and just now gave up trying to read the author posts. Page loads took forever, etc... There were some interesting posts so, I will have to try again this evening...

Thanks for the heads up starrigger, maybe I'll get to read your post when I try again tonight.
