PRS-T1 Sony PRS T1 Chinese input?

Hi,

am thinking of buying one of tehse devices, as it looks good for taking notes/anotations etc.

I know you can read Chinese through amending the CSS, have not seen anything to date as to whether the stylus input allows you to write Chinese? would be super useful as you can then write notes in Chinese, or use a Chinese -> English dictionary.

Any thoughts pls? Many Thanks

PRS-T1 supports hand writing notes, so at a minimum you would be to use the stylus to write notes.

Also, the device is able to be rooted, so technically you would be able to install any keyboard available in Android. I'm sure there are users here who have tried so I'd wait and see what they say.

you can install a chinese IME after rooting your device.

non-rooted, just a idea:
1. flash ime(e.g. sogou ime) and sqlite3 to device.
2. do_update.sh:
