Hi everyone
Hi everyone from the great state of Tennessee, I am new to the ereader game. My wife has been using a palm piolt I bought her a Kindle 2 still waiting on to be delivered. From what I have read I will not be able to use Mobipocket. That's not good she must have 1,000 books in Mobipocket. Any suggestion would be great. Well hope to see you all in the forum.

The Kindle can read mobipocket but they must be DRM-free mobipocket.
If you find this is a problem you have 30 days to return the Kindle. |

Welcome to the board! Yes, I thought Kindle could read mobipocket. I didn't realize it had to be DRM free. I hope you find you can use what you have; be sure to ask on the kindle board if you find you're running up against a particular problem when you get your kindle https://www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=140

Welcome - I hope you and your wife find lots of help here - including the answer to your question (which I don't know).
