is it possible to read A4 sized books on iRex iLiad ?

Yes, you can read an A4 book pdf on the iLiad. If the font size was chosen for a true A4-sized page, it will be very small, though, so you'll probably need to zoom and/or rotate the page to read it.

Of course, if you're using a larger font size, then A4 really just describes the aspect ratio of the page, and size becomes more or less arbitrary.
