just got my new sony
hi everyone just finished setting up the 505 and loving it..had a couple of *stupid road blocks* but checked out your forum this morning and you all answered my questions..hopefully the beat goes on here for me..thanking you all for letting me have a sneak peek..I'll be checking in when I can

Hi ladyjane, and welcome to MobileRead. Glad you found some answers here, the place is rife with them.

Now that you've got your new PRS-505, it's time to update your profile. Go to User CP and Edit your details to add your PRS-505 in the e-Book device column. That way, members will know how better to answer any questions you post.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your PRS-505. There are many free public domain (PD) books available to download here at MR and other free eBook locations that you can find if you browse through the MobileRead Wiki.

thanks for the welcome everyone. I would have owed one earlier but here in this part of Canada they have been back ordered for ever. Only became available around Christmas ,then disappeared for a while.I grabbed the first Silver they had, the other colors are amazing but its the new black . About books I read, just about anything, was on a Dean Koontz kick for a bit. Love all the free books I've downloaded from here and a few other sites. If you have any suggestions I'd love to here from all of you........Penny
