Problem with Calibre and Ubuntu

First, sorry for my english. I updated the software version for the new version 0.5.9. After having imported some new files, Calibre began to see this error message.

[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/ (51)'

what format were the books you're trying to add?

How did you install it? I find it is best to use the installation script.
