Hey everyone nice to join this group. I'm an avid ebook reader and have been testing out several devices. I also do tech policy research for the American Library Association in DC.

Hi tvol and welcome to MobileRead. Both the DC and Fairfax libraries offer eBooks for free checkout.

Also, we had a MobileRead DC area get together last August and will probably have another here soon.
