Double Dragon ebooks at http://www.double-dragon-ebooks.com/ are DRM free in a range of formats. I have some difficulty in being sure what format I'm downloading, but the webmaster has been very helpful indeed in providing what I wanted.

There are several author run sites too. Of course, they only sell that authors books.

http://www.booksonboard.com sells some DRM-free titles, most are currently from Samhain Publishing. See BooksOnBoard offers DRM-free ePub for iPhone via Stanza . The advanced search allows you to specify a DRM-free format.

That might be hard to figure out. Probably best to just figure out the size of each book store. Examples:

Fictionwise:
DRM: 36,767
DRM-free: 20,108

Amazon:
DRM: 229,406

Webscription:
DRM-free: ~550

BookOnBoard:
(boy their site is hard to use)
DRM: (couldn't get their DRM search to work, but one of my browses turned up 303,000 books, includes audio)
DRM-free: 17,938

Double Dragon:
DRM-free: 449

A few of Amazon's Kindle ebooks are DRM free. The only ones I know of for sure are 57 "Extra Large Print Books" published by the Virginia M. Woolf Foundation.

It looks like Fictionwise and BookOnBoard offer pretty big number of DRM-free books. I hope this number will be increased in near future..
