"[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\\\\.\\pipe\\CalibreGUI-maryex'"

Hi -- hopefully this hasn't been asked a bunch of times already. I promise I searched! Recently, when I launch Calibre, I get the following error, and the only thing that fixes it it restarting the laptop. Once I restart the computer, I can launch Calibre, but the next time I try to launch it... same error. It's so frustrating! Any suggestions?

What OS and what AV are you running? If it's not the Windows AV, disable the AV and try again.

So... I guess I fixed it? I deleted the shortcut I had pinned to my taskbar and then pinned a new one, and now it works? It's so odd.
