Is this VNC safe to run on kindle?

The kindlevncviewer haven't been updated for a decade so I ended up searching in github and found this https://github.com/zanjie1999/kindle-vnc but I don't know if this is safe, it also seems to support screen rotation.

The code seems safe it actually just uses kindlevncviewer under the hood but with new scripts and streamlines the process, also it fixes the inverted color which seems to happen with new models as noted by @twobob https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...14&postcount=3

I'm using windows with tightvnc but I don't know why nothing shows up after entering the ip in kterm, , does anyone know why is that? I really want to make this work!
