Kindle not being recognized by PC
My Kindle seems to have stopped being recognized by my PC. Just diagnosing if it's my Kindle (Paperwhite, 11th edition, Windows 10) or something bigger. My PC ports work with other devices. I have plans on getting a different reader soon, but finances are a bit tight right now. Ugh.
I haven't so far seen other people with problems, so I'm think it's just mine. But wanted to check around. Thanks! Edit: Either a hardware failure or a kindle os issue? Last edited by meghane_e; 07-01-2025 at 04:29 PM. Reason: more detail |

Well, I tried 3 different cables this morning. Guess 3 times is not the charm. Cuz a fourth one worked. Thanks for the suggestion. Time to replace some cables.
