Synchronise KOReader files between devices

Hi all,

I've recently picked up a Pocketbook Era which I've been loving so far.

I also have an Android ereader which syncs my KOReader progress/files (vocab builder, time spent reading, fonts etc) to my desktop and phone using Resilio Sync.

Is there any way I can:
a) Set up Resilio Sync on a Pocketbook Era
OR
b) Use Koreader's syncing functionality to hook it up with my existing sync
OR
c) Use an alternative method to hook my Era up with my existing sync?
