New to KoReader - how to import read/unread status from Calibre

Hey all,

As the title suggests, I'm new to KOReader (and somewhat new to Calibre), and I'm trying to import my books from Calibre onto my Kobo/KOReader and retain their 'read/unread' status.

I've set the books in Calibre via a custom 'read' field, but not entirely sure this is the correct approach, as when I import the books into KOReader, they're all unread and 'new'.

In terms of KOReader, am I doing the right thing, or not?

At 1st it all seems additional complexities but afterwards it can be automated with just few clicks.
