Calibre news downloads piling up on my Kobo...

I've been enjoying the fact that calibre seems to automatically sync new news downloads to the kobo device each time I sync it to the library, but is there a way for this process to automatically delete the news items which are no longer in the calibre library? I have each news feed set to not keep items older than a week, but they seem to stay on my kobo device forever. I'd rather not have to manually delete the old files each time I sync it.

I'm sure we recently had discussions on this, and an enhancement was made to the SmartEject plugin to allow it to delete items from the attached device if they were not present in the Calibre library.

Check out the SmartEject plugin.

Thanks for the info (again). I remember talking with someone about this, but couldn't find the post this morning. I'll look into the smart eject plugin, and might post a detailed explanation after I figure it out for future knowledge.
