In Need For Help

Hello to everyone,
I've just joint Mobileread as I'm in need of help with my KOBO N514 Aura. It's frozen with a white screen and won't boot any longer. None of the many advices to solve the problem as far has helped.

I've especially tried to prepare a starting from my SD-card with an image file, but as it showed the Zip files provided by pgaskin are just update files that don't contain the necessary factory image file.
Is there anyone who can present me a source, whre I can get a matching Image file for my N514? As I've learned even an image file for the H20 should do it.

For what it may be worth, I've sent you the Aura H2O image and a link to a message on how one user used it to recover his Aura by booting that image in the external card slot.
