Kobo Libra Colour Issues

Hi, I bought a Kobo Libra Colour a few weeks ago, and I love it...when it works.

After about a week, the device becomes almost unusable and I have to factory reset it to get it to work again. Pocket articles will stop syncing altogether, and the 'My Google Drive' and 'My Dropbox' items in the 'More' menu disappear as well.

Does anybody know how to fix this? I don't think I want this device if I have to do this once a week. Sometimes, it only lasts a few days before I have to factory reset it again

Have you trioed a power off / power on cycle rather than a reset?

Yes. Multiple reboots, I've tried forgetting all networks and reconnecting to my network. The only thing that seems to work once it starts doing 'failed to sync' and google/dropbox disappear is a factory reset.

With the disappearing My Google Drive and My Dropbox items, this almost sounds as if you are having a problem that is damaging the Kobo eReader.conf file. Since you mention you only purchased it a couple of weeks back, I'd suggest doing an exchange.

I was wondering myself if that was the case. I did a full reinstall of everything with a full backup of the Kobo. Next time weirdness starts, I'll try to see if anything in the .conf file or any other files have changed.

...also, after the recent news about Pocket I guess that's a moot point anyway. So I set up Wallabag this morning. The interface isn't as pretty as Pocket, but we will see...
