We don't give help on how to use a blacklisted Kindle. Besides, the jailbreak you'd need to use requires your Kindle to be registered.

For firmware 5.17.0, the only jailbreak that will work is WinterBreak which does require the Kindle be registered.

At this point, you are out of luck when it comes to being able to jailbreak your Kindle.

You can call Amazon Customer Service with the serial number to find out if your Paperwhite is blacklisted or you are having other issues.

Please stop saying this; it's not accurate. There are legitimate reasons why someone might own a blacklisted Kindle. You are, of course, free to withhold your own help, but don't represent your personal position as MR policy.
