PW5 My KPW5 was found in usbdeview but i cant access to drive

Hello, im get stuck with my KPW5, it stuck in screen cover right after reboot.
I have try hold the power button in 40s second, i have loading screen, loading… and right after that, it back to default screen cover (the cover has change every time i try)
I have try to connect to PC but it doesn’t appear drive on Explorer, but i have try to view in Usbdeview, it look like 100% another KPW5 i have, it show all thing like Serial number…
Some one cant help me?

From USBDeview, you can try removing the device which may help if your computer has glitched the connection. It seems odd that it is showing a driver letter though since that is read from Windows.
