So it won't update any ideas?

Where was the Calibre installed? It must be a Local Attached (non-cloud synced folder).

I don't recognize the dialog icons. What OS?
What does a waiting for Reboot windows update do to a Calibre install attempt?

Thanks I had restarted several times before asking, and tried turning off av. Last tried doing both and updating before opening any other program which worked.
