I don't think so. I believe it's just displaying details from the internal Kobo database on the book.

Interesting. I merged your two identical messages here earlier and then found that @Enebat posted the identical image and the same request in the Kobo Utilities thread in the Calibre => Plugins subforum. My response there is pretty much the same as @PeterT's here.
