Tag Editor
After using the filter in the left pane of tag editor, I sometimes end up with half-typed tags added to the book. I can't figure out what I'm doing difffernetly from other times that adds them though. Idea?

You inadvertently entered whatever you intended entering in the Filter box in the Apply item box (top centre) and left it there - whatever is in that box gets added when you click okay or press Enter.
