Wireless transfer from Calibre to Kindle with KOreader

Hi!

I managed to make .mobi files for all of my Kindle books, but I cannot figure out why the metadata isn't transferring with the book when I send it to my KOreader wirelessly. The covers aren't showing up, and neither are the "hyperlinks" to chapters. It works on the Calibre reader when I open the .mobi file in that e-reader though. Can someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

don't convert books to mobi, use the kindle unpacker plugin (calibre) instead which extracts the .epub inside the kindle books.

mobi in 2025 should be dead. Nobody should be using it.

Try it first, then we’ll see what it does or doesn’t solve.
