Pocket ‘Download All’ Greyed Out

hello! when i go to my Pocket articles, the ‘Download All’ option is greyed out and i can’t seem to download the rest. i’ve never had this with my other Kobos before. anyone have any ideas?

Hmm.. Seeing the same here, and adding new articles to Pocket does not reflect their beibg synced.

Makes me think something like a certificate has expired.

i added 10 new articles to Pocket, did a Kobo sync, and those 10 turned up on tne Kobo. so i had 40 articles. hmm.

so i deleted all articles and then resynced. only the 30 newest articles showed. >.<

I have also been seeing this same issue with Pocket starting a few months ago. It previously had my entire Pocket archive on it, but I had to factory reset my device and resync, and when it did it only downloaded the 20 most recent articles and nothing could make it download anything older. I tried resetting and logging out multiple times and the same thing kept happening. So I think something changed, maybe with a firmware update or on Pocket, that broke the ability to sync articles before a certain date.

I tried reaching out to Firefox Support but they told me the integration was built by Kobo and they couldn't help. Does anyone have a way to submit bug reports to Kobo?
