Kobo Libra Colour Return Query

I’m trying to return a Kobo Libra colour, I ordered one for my husband after I got mine but it has a yellow screen so he wants to return it I requested the RMA authorisation on the 26th of March and I’m still waiting, that was the it day arrived. The order was the 21st of March. Is this normal, that I’m still waiting?

I’ve tried kobo customer care three times so far, twice by chat and once by phone, and I’m getting nowhere I’m just a bit worried that I’m gonna end up having to keep it because I can’t get it returned in the 45 days that Kobo allow me.

I’m in the UK.

Not certain about the rules in the UK but in Canada, as soon as I request the RMA, that is the date of the return request so it doesn't matter if if takes a while to process the request and the expiry of the return period is no longer a consideration.

Thank you. Hopefully that’s the same here.

Note that the "yellow screen" effect might be caused by the blue light filter....did you check that?

Yes I did. The screen was just very yellow.
