Dropsync reading progress not syncing Boox devices
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I thought I finally solved the issues of my reading progress not syncing from my Palma and Boox Color Go, but here we are. I set up Dropbox to house my library of ebooks, and set up Dropsync on both devices. It syncs the folders I've indicated flawlessly, and has allowed me to organize my library by genre and author to my devices. The first time I tried syncing for reading progress, it worked without an issue.
However, this morning I tried with a new book I started last night. It is NOT syncing any progress between them. It DID sync the updates I made to the library, adding the new books I've added, and the new genre folders I've arranged everything into. But I've tried multiple times with multiple books now, and it is NOT syncing my reading progress. I don't understand why not. I've searched and searched online. Reddit posts, youtube vids, etc. I've supposedly set everything up as it should be, but it just won't do it. Maybe someone needs to explain to me ste by step exactly the process like I'm five. I'm clearly missing SOMETHING. |
