Notes, without an extension…

Hi,
Anyone else noticed, that if you write a note in KOReader’s Text editor without an extension ( ie .txt or .md), it doesn’t show up in KOReader’s File Browser. So you can’t edit it, even to add the extension, unless you connect to a computer to edit the file name, which seems a bit of an oversight in this most excellent of reading programs.
Or is this just happening to me on my Kobo Glo from 1812…
…which is happily using KOReader version 2024.11 by the way.

Do you mean even if you toggle show all file types?

Hi, Frenzie…
I’ve always had “Show hidden files” ticked, but not the “Show unsupported files” (File Browser Tab>Settings>), but when I do… yep, those elusive notes of mine, with no extension, appear in the File Browser.
It’s just sort of a funny way of phrasing it in my opinion, because if it can open a text file with no extension, then it is supported, but then again, now I’m just quibbling over semantics.
