Boox Go 6 Battery

I had a Boox Poke 3 a few years ago and really liked it. I'm interested in purchasing the Go 6, but am cautious about the battery life. How does the Go 6 compare to the PW5? This has a great battery and anything that comes close to it would be a much easier purchase.

I'm a poor choice of who to ask this. I rarely specifically charge my ereaders. What with syncing over USB and doing development I hardly pay attention to charge state. Now that I have two active devices I find that I neglect my second one sometimes and have to put it on a charger (vs. my desktop).

I do keep WiFi off, but leave the front light on low all the time.

The Go6 (a/k/a Poke 6) has the identical battery as the Poke5.

Never had a Poke, so I can't say, The Go6 uses about 4 or 5% per hour with the lights cranked up to approximately 75%, no wifi, no bluetooth.

Interesting. I'd say that with the light roughly on the same level as my PW5 (set to level 12), wifi and Bluetooth off, the battery consumption might be comparable, ie 2-3% over an hour or so.

I found this video which does a direct comparison between the user's usage of the Go 6 and the PW's stated battery capacity, with the same state of use of both devices. It seems he got only several hours fewer out of his Go 6 than the PW is capable of, which is interesting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36B3wp3hVAI&t=16s
