Suggestion: Improve Calibre Server Web Interface

Can we get some improvements to the Calibre Server web interface in the form of maybe a persistent (and collapsible) left hand sidebar with:
- All Books
- Authors
- Series
---
Custom Shelves
---
etc.

Just to add, I was thinking Custom Shelves would be unique to each user and associated with the user's account. So each user could have their own shelves for Read, Unread, Favorites, or whatever.

Sidebars take up a lot of screen real estate in an interface designed mainly for use on smaller screens. You can access your authors/series/tags whatever via the search button at the top. It gives you a touch friendly calibre tag browser like interface.
