best way on add + convert + add again a Bok into the library

I hope all had a great time the last days

I'm now able to get my magazines (which now has a javascript layer ) extracted, and also added to the library. But the last remaining point (for me) is, to convert and readd the magazine to epub. As I did that via a batch script, I assume, I have to to something like:
- calibredb add sourcepath/xxx.html
- calibre-convert librarypath/authorspath/bookpath/xxx.zip Destinationpath/xxx.epub
- calibredb add Destinationpath/xxx.epub

I would like to know if there is may an easier way to do it in one shot command, and also not to need to take care on the path (calibredb knows the path to the library, but the convert I see no option to interact directly with the library, or did I oversee here something)
