Kiwidude wins this hands down

These are the ones I invoke regularly.
Quality check (fix), Manage Series, Find Duplicates, Import list.

KU just happens in background during a normal transfer although I occasionally use other things from its menu.

I can't pick one. Action Chains, FanFicFare, KoboUtilities, Reading Goal, and View Manager are probably my top five. Sometimes they change.

I have many. DeDRM, View Manager, Count Pages, Kobo Utilities, KoboTouch Extended, Quality Check, Search the Internet, Find Duplicates, Modify Epub, Epub Merge, Favourites... they're all important to me.

The only one I wouldn't use Calibre without is DeDRM.

Hmmm... with calibre, I use Kobo Utilities, DeDRM (regular and Obok), Count Pages, Find Duplicates, Quality Check, Modify Epub, Kobo Metadata & Kindle Unpack.

I use epubcheck and Diaps Editing Toolbag with the calibre editor though I use Sigil with epubcheck, TagMechanic and CSSValidator as my goto ePub editor.
