Further problems in the world of E-Books

I accessed my bookshelf at Fitionwise today to find that there are several titles with the following error message:

Error
Description : Error : Download is not authorized for this retailer.
Source : download.asp
Number : -1

It seems that the books which have been affected are all from Hatchette. No information from Fictionwise however, titles are still available in e-reader or LIt, but not in Mobi.. So this issue seems to only be affecting Mobie format.

Hachette have pulled their books from all US ebook stores because of contractural problems about the geographic area they're authorised to sell to. I don't know why the eReader and LIT versions are still available.
