Earlier today I got version 7.20 from the usual direct link at 11.8MB/s. Now it's crawling at 32KB/s

Use the alternate download link the main server is currently saturated at 2 gbps the load will likely drop in a few hours. Because of the increase in size of the download due to the addition of the new TTS feature and the increase in size of Qt 6.7 2 Gbps is apparently no longer enough on release days.

Just for giggles here's the graph of bandwidth over the last year. Just a handful of days where it saturates so I think I will leave it at 2Gbps for now. Increasing bw to the next tier would cost about $1K a year.

How's the bandwidth today? Downloading 7.22.0 I noticed the speed fluculating from 20 - 900 kB/s.

Considering the other thread, I'm half-wondering if the third-party updaters might have anything to do with the saturation.
