Adjust threshold for low battery notification?

Hi! Is there a way to adjust the threshold for when we get a low battery notification on kobo?

My kobo is always powered on and sleeps automatically when I close the cover. At nights, when i read, i sometimes open it and the first thing i get is a 'low battery' warning that the battery is at 10%, and then i can read for almost an hour before it shuts down.

Is there a way i can get that notification when the battery is at, let's say, 20%? That would allow me to read as much as i want at night and then i can recharge it in the morning.

note:
I feel 10% should last more than 1 hour, so my assumption is that it reaches 10% way before i start reading at night, but it's still a big battery drain in less than 24 hours. Appart form that, i can read for weeks on a single charge, so don't think it's a battery issue

There's no setting for this, but you could ask for a patch to change the notification threshold in the kobopatch request thread. It's bad for the battery to let it run all the way down, though, so you'd be better off charging more proactively so you never see the notification.

Keep your battery always charged between 40% and 90% and you'll be fine.

Thanks, i know the battery doesn't actually reach 0%, as i can still turn it on and read for a couple of minutes, kind of like the same way some laptops dont just power off, but they turn off/hibernate once the battery is really low.

Will take a more proactive approach to charging it, guess i'll need to leave a charger next to my reading spot
